This link is the TED's talk about endangered cultures performed by Wade Davis that I watched on Tomeu Aloy's blog. TED's talks are first class especially those related to science and technology. That one is remarcable not only for the increasing speed of the speaker but for an incredible anecdote at the end that you cannot miss.
